Here is a test sample from Animation Lead, Lars Kristian. We are all still trying to figure out the exact animation style, but I think this one is going in the right direction. Yeehaw.

Crew-time

This is the final line-up of the characters in the midst of some fun times. Just foolin'. This started out as a size comparison test, that devolved into some joint scaling shannanigan's. Perhaps it is not even worth posting... but here it is.

This back-shot gives a better idea of how the bump-map looks on things like the hat and pants. It also shows the marbley finish on Flap's noggin.
